All our ingredients are freshly sourced as locally as possible. Herbs & vegetables are sourced direct from New Spitafields Market, our pork & chicken is sourced from local butchers, and everything is made & marinated in house from scratch. For this reason we have kept the menu small with a focus on the classic trinity of Vietnamese food - Pho, Bun & Banh Mi.

All our Pho comes with our house recipe 12 hour slow cooked beef broth or umami packed root veggie broth, thick rice noodles house pickles & Vietnamese herbs

Our Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich) is served in smaller baguettes to achieve the perfect filling to bread ratio. All our Banh Mi is served with Vietnamese house pickles, crispy shallots, cool cucumber & crushed black sesame
