All our ingredients are freshly sourced as locally as possible. Vietnamese Herbs are imported & our vegetables are sourced direct from New Spitafields Market and everything is made & marinated in house from scratch. For this reason we have kept the menu small with a focus on the classic trinity of Vietnamese food - Pho, Bun & Banh Mi.
