We try to source our ingredients as locally as possible for Vietnamese food with a true Clapton twist. Most of our fresh produce is sourced direct from New Spitafields Market (Vietnamese herbs aside) and everything is made & marinated in house from scratch on a weekly basis.

Please note the menu below is only a guide, actual dishes will be subject to small variations based on Mama Hai's preferences with the seasons and available ingredients! Meat dishes may include a variety of Vietnamese cold cuts depending on availability.

Bánh Mì (Vietnamese sandwiches)

Freshly baked sourdough baguettes from our neighbours Casey’s Clapton bakery stuffed with house made pickles, cucumber, fresh herbs, other garnishes and protein stuffing of your choice.

Phở (Rice Noodle Soup)

Our special slow cooked umami packed vegan root veg based broth with thick rice noodles and served with chillis, fresh Vietnamese seasonal herbs and protein topping of your choice.

Cà Ri (Curry - with Rice)

Flavourful vegan coconut and oat based curry made according to our secret family recipe with a unique blend of Vietnamese herbs and spices on a bed of fragrant steamed jasmine rice. Served with a healthy dollop of Hải chilli sauce, a sprinkle of crispy shallots and pumpkin seeds and protein topping of your choosing.

Rice bowls served with house made Vietnamese pickles/kimchi, a variety of garnishes including sesame seeds and crispy fried shallots, Hai coconut soy sauce dressing and protein of your choice on a bed of steamed fragrant jasmine rice.

Chả Giò (Spring Roll)

Our crispy air fried Vietnamese spring rolls are handmade on a weekly basis and packed with flavour. Served in our signature square shape to pack in more delicious filling! Meant to be cut into quarters and shared. Served with small side of rice vermicelli, herbs and nước chấm dressing.

Nem Cuốn (Summer Rolls)

Traditional and healthy alternatives to spring rolls prepared fresh daily. Fresh rice paper rolls with herbs, rice vermicelli, your choice of filling served with our homemade peanut dip. Served cold.

Refreshing salads served cold with housemade pickles, garnishes, fresh herbs and nước chấm dressing.
